I downloaded the app but can't log in
Use the exact email and password you created at sign-up. If you started your trial through Stripe, your login is the same email you paid with. Reset above if unsure.
The app won't open on my Mac ("unidentified developer")
Right-click the CoachMode app icon → Open → confirm. You only need to do this the first time.
It's not hearing the prospect
CoachMode listens to your system audio. Open Audio in the app's top bar and pick your call app's output device. On Mac, grant microphone + system-audio permission when prompted.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Open the CoachMode app and go to Settings → Billing to update your card or cancel. Cancel before day 14 and you're never charged.
